In today's often fast paced and hectic society we experience the stressors of raising families and/or upholding careers.  Most of the time we push through aches and pains in our shoulders and neck, tightness in our hips and low back, or maybe just constant fatigue. 

Massage Therapy is both revitalizing and relaxing with the potential to increase energy, open your body and clear your mind.  Through a variety of techniques, I am trained to customize each massage therapy session to suit your individual therapeutic needs and accomodations.  I work specificaly to treat Myofascial Pain Syndrome.  My practice is based on Results and Relaxation.

Yoga is more than simple exercise. It may include postures (asanas), energy and breath control (pranayama), meditation, music, philosophy and other approaches.  Yoga asanas use every muscle in the body, increasing strength literally from head to toe. A regular yoga practice can also relieve muscular tension throughout the whole body.
